Semarang – The 3rd week of the implementation of KKN Team II of Diponegoro University has implemented a work program activity that provides education on the importance of ergonomics in UMKM kepompong chips compiled by Kristine Angelina Gultom. Through this training, workers are taught how to arrange the correct work position, use the right tools, and create a comfortable work environment.

By applying the principles of ergonomics, it is hoped that workers can increase productivity, prevent injuries, and improve the quality of life. This program is a real form of synergy between universities and the community in improving the welfare of UMKM. Through this program, it is hoped that it can inspire other UMKM to also apply the principles of ergonomics in their production activities.
