Description
The Industrial Engineering Masters Study Program (PSTI) at Diponegoro University was established on November 8 2016 with the establishment decree number 467/KPT/I/2016 at the Industrial Engineering Department Building which is located at Jalan Prof. Soedarto Tembalang Semarang Tel No./Fax (024) 7460052. Scientific Vision
Become an Industrial Engineering Masters Study Program that excels in industrial engineering research and education in the development of sustainable integrated systems at the international level in 2030
Mission
- Organizing the best (excellent) education in the field of Industrial Engineering, so as to produce graduates who are “COMPLETES” (Communicator, Professional, Leader, Entrepreneur, Thinker, Educator, System Improver and have a competitive advantage);
- Carry out research activities, publish in seminars and/or reputable journals, and be able to initiate cooperation in the fields of Standardization, Logistics, E-Bussines and Human Factors with industrial parties as well as efforts to own IPR as the development of the Industrial Engineering and Management Masters Study Program;
- Carry out community service to produce effective solutions to real problems in SMEs and the Government as an effort to apply Industrial Engineering science;
- Develop a network of cooperation with stakeholders to support the creation of an entrepreneurial spirit for graduates;
- Melakukan improvement dan evaluasi secara teratur dan terus menerus untuk meningkatkan akuntabilitas, komitmen mutu, profesionalisme, dan tata kelola serta kemandirian dalam rangka mewujudkan sustainability penyelenggaraan Program Studi Magister Teknik dan Manajemen Industri.
Goals
- Improving the competence of human resources in the field of Industrial Engineering that is efficient and competitive at the national and regional levels;
- To produce graduates who are superior and have basic knowledge, skills and professional attitudes based on an entrepreneurial spirit so that they are able to face career challenges in the fields of designing, repairing, implementing and managing integrated systems in the manufacturing and service industries;
- Improving the quality and quantity of research and community service carried out by the Industrial Engineering and Management Masters Study Program community to solve existing problems in society, especially those related to Industrial engineering and to publish both nationally and internationally;
- Establishing cooperation with industry, society, and other institutions at national and international levels;
- Improving the effectiveness of governance of academic and financial services;
- Get international accreditation from a credible accreditation agency.

Study Program Graduate Learning Outcomes (CPL).
Learning Outcomes Graduates are abilities that must be possessed in accordance with the graduate profile. Learning Outcomes must refer to the IQF and the National Higher Education Standards (SNPT).
- Able to solve complex engineering problems in industrial engineering by combining engineering principles, mathematics and science
- Able to combine models, frameworks, methods and engineering tools as well as the latest technology needed in tasks in the field of industrial engineering
